Booster Club Information
Booster Club By-Laws
Lakeshore Gymnastics, Dance & Cheer could not function without the help and support of the Booster Club. Our Booster Club is a non-profit organization whose primary goal is to assist our coaches and team kids throughout the season.
Lakeshore depends on the funds that the Booster Club generates for everything from Coach's traveling fees and overnight stays, to instructor training and Judges certifications for coaches. With the high cost of gasoline and the quantity and quality of meets we attend, these fees are mandatory if we are to attend.
The 2010-2011 Annual Assessments are $300 (with a $100 discount once obligations are filled).
The $300 Plan
Parents are asked to work a minimum of 2 times during the year:
a) Our home meet, and
b) one team gym function.
Possible team-gym functions:
Once you work your obligation for the home meet, you will receive a $50 check from the Booster Club.
If you sign up and work a gym team function (Team mom(s), Christmas party, banquet committee, buildings & grounds, volunteer committee, gym show set-up or take down, etc.), you will be given another $50 check from the Booster Club.
A Booster Club sign up book will be available at the front desk as a first come first serve basis. You need to pay your assessment prior to signing up for a team function.
