| About Our Boys Program This program focuses on the fundamentals of gymnastics for boys. Exercise and fitness are key in this non-competitive program! The boys are taught by male coaches for one hour focusing on the following events and skills: Vault Floor Exercise/Tumbling High Bar Parallel Bars Pommel Horse Mushroom Tumble Track Trampoline Strength & Conditioning Rope Climbing Each class begins with a general warm-up and stretching. During the class the boys will work on four pieces of equipment each week. Emphasis will be placed on learning new skills as well as reinforcing good basic fundamentals. Strong emphasis is placed on body awareness and safety. |
