To make your life a little easier, you can reserve your class spot online. NOTE: Classes fill quickly and are sometimes a premium. This form reserves your spot only, a payment will secure your spot in the class!

When we receive your form, you will receive an email or a phone confirmation as we process your information.  You may start classes at any time throughout the session and be pro-rated for the remaining days.

Class payment and registration fee will be due before you are able to begin classes.

Class fees are as follows for the 5-week Summer 1 and 2 Sessions:
June 14, 2010 to July 18, 2010 and
July 19, 2010 to August 22, 2010.

5 week session prices (Summer 1 and 2 Sessions) - one class per week. 
Extra classes are 50% off and sibling discounts are 30% off!

Half hour class = $35.00 3 year old classes (45 Minutes) = $55.00
1 hour class = $70.00 Annual Registration Fee = $20.00. Includes Lakeshore T-Shirt for new students.
1.5 hour class = $110.00
